Kitchen Together Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Game. By using the Game, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

If you are under 18 (or the age of majority), you represent that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the Game and that they have reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Download and install the Game on your personal devices
• Access and play the Game for personal, non-commercial use
• Use features and content included in the Game

You may NOT:

• Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game
• Create derivative works based on the Game
• Distribute, sell, lease, or sublicense the Game
• Use the Game for commercial purposes without written consent
• Remove or alter copyright notices or trademarks
• Use cheats, hacks, exploits, or unauthorized third-party software
• Interfere with other players' enjoyment of the Game

Certain features require an account:

• Google Play Games (Android)
• Game Center (iOS)
• Discord (optional community features)

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

Kitchen Together offers optional in-app purchases including:

• Premium currency (Gems, Coins)
• Card packs and bundles
• Cosmetic items and skins
• Season passes
• Ad removal

• Virtual items have no real-world monetary value
• All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or remove virtual items
• Virtual items may be revoked for violations of these Terms

• Prices are displayed in your local currency and include applicable taxes
• Payments are processed through:
  • Google Play Store (Android)
  • Apple App Store (iOS)
• You agree to pay all charges associated with your purchases
• We are not responsible for unauthorized purchases made by minors without parental consent

If applicable:

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• Cancellation must be made through your app store account
• No refunds for partial subscription periods

All players must adhere to fair play standards:

• Play the Game as intended without exploits or cheats
• Do not use third-party software to gain unfair advantages
• Do not manipulate game mechanics or multiplayer synchronization
• Report bugs rather than exploiting them

You may NOT:

• Use offensive, abusive, or hateful language
• Harass, bully, or threaten other players
• Share personal information of others without consent
• Impersonate other players or staff
• Upload or distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Engage in fraudulent activities or scams
• Create multiple accounts to manipulate matchmaking or leaderboards
• Sell, trade, or transfer accounts

Content you create or share (custom recipes, strategies, screenshots):

• Must not infringe third-party rights
• Must not contain inappropriate content
• Grants us a license to display within the Game
• May be moderated or removed at our discretion

• Matchmaking is based on skill level, connection quality, and availability
• We do not guarantee fair matchups in all circumstances
• Players may be matched with users from different regions

• Game progress is automatically saved to the cloud
• Cloud saves require internet connection
• We are not responsible for data loss due to connectivity issues
• Occasional synchronization conflicts may occur

• Online features require internet connection
• Servers may undergo maintenance with or without notice
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services
• No compensation for temporary service interruptions

All content in the Game is owned by us or our licensors:

• Game code, art, music, and sound effects
• Card designs, recipes, and game mechanics
• Trademarks, logos, and brand assets
• User interface and gameplay systems

You may:

• Stream or create video content of the Game
• Share screenshots and gameplay clips
• Create fan art (non-commercial use)

You may NOT:

• Claim ownership of Game content
• Use Game assets for commercial purposes
• Create competing products using Game mechanics
• Trademark Game-related terms or symbols

• Suggestions, ideas, and feedback you provide become our property without compensation
• Feedback may be implemented without attribution
• Feedback does not entitle you to royalties or recognition

You may stop using the Game at any time. Uninstalling the Game does not delete your account data. To delete your account and data, contact us.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in cheating, hacking, or exploits
• Harass or abuse other players
• Attempt to damage the Game or its systems
• Fail to pay for purchases

Upon termination:

• Your license to use the Game ends immediately
• Virtual items and purchases may be forfeited
• Your account and data may be deleted
• You remain liable for any outstanding charges

The Game is provided without warranties of any kind:

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free gameplay
• Game balance and mechanics may change
• Virtual items may be modified or removed
• Progress may be lost due to technical issues

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to amounts paid by you in the past 12 months
• We are not responsible for third-party service failures
• We are not liable for damages from unauthorized account access

We do not guarantee:

• Specific game outcomes or rankings
• Availability of specific cards or items
• Successful matchmaking at all times
• Compatibility with all devices

These Terms are governed by the laws of [YOUR_JURISDICTION], without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved through:

1. Informal Negotiation: Contact us to attempt resolution
2. Binding Arbitration: If negotiation fails, disputes will be resolved through arbitration
3. Small Claims Court: Either party may seek relief in small claims court

Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive any right to class action lawsuits.

Nothing in this section limits:

• Your right to report issues to regulatory authorities
• Our right to seek injunctive relief
• Claims that cannot be arbitrated under applicable law

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.

Our failure to enforce any right does not waive that right for future enforcement.

You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Game.

In case of conflict between translations, the English version prevails.
